Hey Don, was browsing the Eclipse website and they said there is a new navi disc out now, they told me to contact the dealer for the new disc,


since you are the man, and i got my eclipse 5435 from you, i figured i should ask you first


so how much, and is it worth it???

what are the differences in the new navi disc??

In the high $200 range, no its not worth it unless you live in an area thats Always under new construction.

I just changed from the avn 5500 to the avn 6600 I will try to burn the disc for ya becasue no need to spend that kinda money for a disc.

Yes it can. Mine runs through my 5435. This thread is about navigation BTW.

it can, but through an aux port, so nothing on the screen will show up

the newer units actually have an ipod interface

well that just sucks. i was hoping to daisy chain off of the sirius unit. oh well, i hope sirius will be enough for me.

Actually you can, but the iPod will be seen as a generic add-on and will limit the display.
