Thought of that, but I need to find out if an 03 motor would be the same as an 00. Im not about to waste my money on another 00 motor and have it be slow again...well, slower than a newer 03 one. Anyone know the answer to this?
Clean the windows, a little steel wool will help, clean/replace the sweeper and lube the **** outta em.
To the OP...what gauge wire is used? How is it grounded? What setting is it on?

all the wire is 12 awg... i have it grounded by the passanger kick panel.. the settings are factory.. but arent those just for how much resistance it takes for the window to stop if it encounters something... i think that the wires to the motors are at least 14 (they are stock)
yea 12 awg.. i guess that is not a lot now that i think about it... but i used the same size that was comming out fo the module..well.... the rear windows are ok but front suck... u know what don i changed the settings to max and they still moved just as slow... the front
well i bought the silicone spray ($2.89 at advance autoparts) and cleaned the tracks it works great.. i measured the voltage across the motor with the car off it was 10.xx volts when the window was going up.. than after i cleaned and sprayed it it was like 12.85.. big difference..
