Cut 5.5 Gen rear deck

Hello all, I just bought an ID 8 inch sub..I want to mount it in back to replace the bose...i need to cut out an extra 1/4 of an inch all the way around the existing hole that is in the bose bracket. What is a good tool to use that is exact, and can cut the hole just a little bit bigger?? Thanks!

You are mounting the sub directly to the metal? Id advise against that, get some mdf, and dont forget deadening.
