Alarm + Airhorn

If i buy the Viper 791 or any other good alarm systems...could those be hooked up to a air horn ?

ok i will ...but ... this kid had a problem with hookin it up .... my oem thing is able to bring the windows down if i press the "open doors" 4 too long....and no other specialities...is it possible to have the same issue as him ?....i will get it pro installed..but just askin
