Aftermarket radio harness interchangable between 4th and 5th gens?

Aftermarket radio harness interchangable between 4th and 5th gens?
Anyone know if I can use the same aftermarket radio harness between a 4th gen non bose and a 5th gen bose equipped car?

This harness plugs between the aftermarket headunit and the oem harness.

Yes, Nissan has used the same harness in the dash, whether Bose or not, from 95-present.
