radio doesn't store presets

when i turn the car off it doesn't save the presets. also when i start the engine the cd pops out automatically. also the radio antenna doesn't go up. doesn't even make a motor sound. i know it's pretty vague, but maybe someone can help me isolate the problem.

Your problem is isolated to this:

It is not wired correctly.

Also, your power antenna wire is not connected to the power antenna lead.

lol wired completely wrong. black should be to ground, yellow should be to constant, red should be to ignition. blue should be power ant, blue with white tracer should be remote if you need it.. and the rest aside from dimmer/illumination and maybe mute, should be speakers.

in fact, it should be color for color if you bought a harness, how did you hook it up?

forgot to mention it's the bose system. 96 model. it's kind of hard to not wire it correctly when it's using harnesses. no wires to connect.

Although this shouldn't matter, what year is your car?

Because we all thought you were using an aftermarket HU.
