AUX input circuit for 1997

does anybody have any of those custom AUX input circuits for sale? (for 1997 max) I had one but unfortunatly i cant figure out whats wrong with it.

The device is external from the bose unit. it plugs in to the cd changer port.

Ive got it to work, just really low volume. Does anyone know where it is best to draw power?

i could be because im using a pretty small diameter wire, would a higher diameter wire help?
