Anyone know where to find pinouts for the 95-98 and 99-up changer ports?

I decided over the weekend to buy a USA Spec PA11-NIS and change the pinouts to match the 98 arrangement, then I can have my iPod and XM connected simultaneously. If that doesn't work, I'm going to swap my 98 HU for a 99 and use the same adapter.
