So every once in a while the battery and ebrake light both go on...
recently [past two-three weeks] they have both been constantly on.

edit: forgot to note.. I only drive it on the weekends.. so those 2-3 wks arent that much driving at all (college during week)


I measured the voltage at the batt and alt.. everything is fine...

The Alternator is making noises.. bearings probably shot.

The guy who sold me the car gave me a spare alternator with it.
Is there anyway to test it without putting it into the car?

Sounds like the alty, I am in the same boat. I dont think there is a way to test it with it out of the car, but I am not sure...
