So I want to have my fog lights come on when i disarm my alarm. Any ideas how i could do this? Something similar like the american cars like the Pontiac Grand am, I was thinking of running a wire and relay from the dome but i want to stay within the engine bay. Please share your knowledge O wise gurus =P

 

did you do the fog light RE-wire yet? I did that and my fogs come on wiht my parking lights...which come on when I disarm/arm my alarm.

 

Well...i want it to stay on, until i turn on the car, similar to the dome light when you open the door if you set it to the middle switch

 

ah gotcha...that would be a bit different.

 

I don't think there's a wire under the hood that would do that..you would have to splice in the car and bring it back out under the hood. Best case scenario, you can find the wire in the driver's side kick, which is pretty close to the firewall for pass-through.
