Will this work with Sirius?

So i want my sirius to work through my BOSE stero but i'm not sure if this will work. Can someone please shine some light on this? Which one of these two will work with my BOSE? Thanks

Those look like the exact same thing. Ive installed tons of the top one with the 14110 part number. They work fine, and definitely way better than wireless FM modulation. The only other thing you might need is antenna adapters, assuming you have Nissan's diversity antenna in your dash, as most do. Youll have to convert the nissan antenna to a normal style, and from that back to the Nissan style to go into the radio.

does the stock bose on the 99's have an aux or line in?

DITTO... THEY'LL BOTH WORK GREAT BUT NOTHING WORKS BETTER THAN AN AFTERMARKET RADIO WITH AN AUXILARY INPUT...
