Savv - good quality?

Local shop recommended this brand over Directed.
http://www.savv.com

Thinking about getting:
• 2 LM-X7090W (7" LCDs)
• 2 VAC-IR25 (wireless headphones)
• 1 AVM-X5030 (5 in, 3 out switcher)

One big feature that is important to me is being able to select different inputs on the LCDs themselves, rather than using a seperate remote. (Usually a DIN connection)

(Yeah, Don, I know you wanted me to call you about the Myron Davis ones)

Yes they are actually quite good. I'm unsure why I even forgot to mention them, or perhaps I was looking for the simplicity for you on the Myrons.

The shop in question said I could get the "package" that has the 2 screens (7"), 2 headphones and switcher for $1000 (if I do my own install). Seems like a reasonable deal. Don?

Hmm a bit more pricey than the Myrons and you have to cut your headrests...although if your up for the work, then I guess its not a 'bad' price.

I don't think it would be much work, from what I've found. Also, I haven't found any companies that have LCDs pre-installed in 4th gen headrests. But then again, they seem to charge quite a bit for that convenience for the models that do exist. I may be replacing my leather anyway at some point, so it seems to make more sense for me to do it, as long as I'm careful. I'm probably not going to buy them until Jan/Feb though, since it's gift givin' time again. =)

Including Myron. On their website, I picked Nissan and Maxima, but no years were selectable. Maybe their website just needs work. =)

I'm probably going to get forest green leather next year though.
