I am finally getting around to hooking up my AVIC-N2 and have kinda-sorta run into a snag. As I'm looking at the FSM, it appears as though the VSS wire is at pin #53, and I was hoping someone could confirm that as truth. I looked at a few wiring databases (Directech, Bulldog security, Audiovox, 12volt.com, etc...) but it wasn't clear or n/a. TIA

 

find it yet? why not hook it up to the pioneer, jack your front tires up, and put it in gear

 

Nope... haven't found it as of yet. I'll probably put my DMM on it and test it out. I was kinda hoping that someone had already done the "footwork".
