Kicker L7 8" in rear deck

Kicker L7 8" in rear deck

Has anyone tried to mount a 8" kicker L7 in place of the bose sub? I am looking to upgrade sub, but do not want the box in the trunk.

It's not meant for IB, would probably sound shatty. You're better off using a kicker comp/comp vr.
