99 Max with SLC tweeters

Anyone use the angle mounts for the SLC tweeters in a 4th generation max? I have the bose tweets and would have to cut the door panel some if I decide to flush mount them but I think it would look better. On the other hand, the angle mounted tweeters might have better imaging.
Any suggestions?
I would try them both ways but once I cut he door panels, there is no going back.

i tried them at first, and it looks retarded. they stick out too far.... it makes for better imaging, but i couldnt get past the look and ended up flush mounting them.

I can get you pictures of both if you'd like... theres some floating around on the internet.

Yessir, 5th gen. Flush mounts compliments of da Don. (265.03 didn't come with flush mount cups, he had some spares from another manufacturer sitting around)

Thanks for the pics. I decided to mount them with the angle brackets. I do think they look better flush mounted but love the sound I'm getting. I guess I'm more of a function over form kind of guy.
