pac oem1 broken????

hey, i have a 5th gen wired w/ the pac oem1 so i can use my aftermarket HU. so heres the story. i had a flip out hooked up to this, and the flip out broke after about 2 years. then, i had my friends HU for about 6 months, then he needed it. then, i borrowed another friends HU, i had it in for about 3 months. but now that I bought a HU to put in my car, using the pac oem1 with nothing modified/changed except the part where you have to wire it up to the HU, it doesnt work. It doesn't power up AT ALL. I dont understand. I've hooked up HU's many times, but I don't know why this doesn't work at all. I'm really really tired of messing with this crap, this is the last time before I sell my car. wiring it up is PRETTY straight forward. Yellow is the battery, red is the ignition, and black is ground. If i at least had power, i'd know something was working correctly.

EDIT:

i just hooked up my old HU with just batter, ignition, and ground wire connected and nothing was on. so, im guessing its the pac oem1 main unit.

i also checked my fuses, and nothing is blown. do you guys thing that the pac oem died? i was thinking that, but i looked at it and nothing seems wrong. nothing is burnt, no touching wires, everything appears to be fine. HU fuse is fine. wired everything up and the piece of crap isn't turning on.

anybody know what could be wrong? do these pac oem devices have a lifespan? i was thinking at least 10 years, but maybe 3 is considered a good run? did I completely wire it wrong? I dont think so, any help will be appreciated. This is really pissing me off, along w/ many other stuff. but lmk lmk lmk if you have any suggestions.
