Only 13.5 V at the amp?

I just installed my old setup into my new 01 Maxima. I have an Apline Mrv-F345 and for some reason I am only getting at best 13.5V on the digital readout. The battery is brand new...And it doesn't seem to fluctuate with/without usage.
Grounds and such were upgraded...any ideas?

The same amp would run @ 14.0 in my old 1995 Intrepid. Maybe its just because its a Nissan car. Might upgrade to a better alt down the road.

what are you getting at the battery?

Once it starts fluctuating too much than start worrying.

Prior to my big 3 upgrade I was getting 13.2 - 13.4v at the battery and now I'm about 14.0-14.2
