dammit man, lol u had to do that didnt you.....now im getting confused on what i want to get, and if i decide to get the eclipse, that will mean ill have to get a new PAC Steering Wheel Interface because i purchased the PAC SWI-PS for the pioneer/sony HU's.....eh well, decisions, decisions

how much would the Eclipse AVN5495 be?

Crutchfield has the Z2's going for $2,000 even

BUT if what DANGER stated:

ok pearl96max, burnurass, and nismos14....you guys are winning....you've broken me down...lol But please tell me that on the eclipse you can change the button color from that hideous DULL GREEN PLEASE?

other than that i see the light. In fact with the AVN 5495 i could add a bigger hard drive if i wanted, its nothing more than a standard 2.5 inch laptop HDD wrapped in an enclosure

has any one ever ripped one of those open? if so could u tell me what the BIOS EEPROM chip looks like?

jeff you're killin' me man. luckily i've been working from home a lot more recently so i haven't had to drive to and from the office and/or clients, so not having tunes isn't too bad. though i'll say this much, the working from home thing is goign to decrease and my 1 hour one way trek to the office is going to suck without music unless you stop slacking (as Don said) and get to it man!

i'm giving you a hard time, sorta, i really am anxious to hear what you think though.

we're all counting on you man! no pressure!

i got tired of waiting and ended up buying a jensen double din headunit with mp3 cd capabilities..

seriously though, thanks man, let me ask you a couple questions about it now;
can you scroll through the various lists with the steering wheel controls, can you skip tracks with the steering wheel controls? Is it pretty speedy in terms of loading everything up, playing songs, skipping songs, scrolling through the various lists? Are you pretty happy with what it can do?

thanks again jeff, for taking a bullet for the team like this. way to be.
