I bought the adapter from a local shop to connect the stock antenna to my head unit ....2prog into 1......but my reeption is horrible...did i buy wrong connector? is there a specific one for bose units? or is the reception just crappy for jensen radios?

 

Your power antenna wire probably isnt powered up.
Blue on the aftermarket harness.

 

nope...its all connected..i unpluged the adapter and re connected it and it works alot better but it still tends to fade out to static more frequently then stock

 

Im having the same problem with my radio reception. I have a clarion vrx755vd and I dont know wat to do to make it better. Any suggestions?
