Stop Whinning

I get a mean whine from my speakers. My amp does'nt come on but when I went to check the amp power wire for a connection the antenna was goin up and down. What is the deal do I have something crossed somewhere?

You obviously have something messed up if your amp doesnt come on.

A little info might help...like a list of all your equipment.
