What do I need for the Big Three?
What do I need for the Big Three?
Can't find Endus' thread. I have all my parts in minus speaker wire and all power cables/accessories.
My last system install with the same equipment kept draining my electrical system so I want to do it right this time. Thanks for any help.
My 2 amps are:
1) 85wx4 @ 4ohm RF Power
2) 1200wx1 @ 1ohm JBL BP1200.1 (powering a single DVC 12" edA)
Would 4g be sufficient or (eek) do I need to go bigger?

4 awg will probably be sufficient but the more the merrier. Go with the highest you can afford, it will never hurt.
Youll probably need about 10-12 feet total. And ring terminals for each of the three pieces.

Big 3 Thread everything you need should be in this thread, the pictures are gone, but the information is still valid
Thanks! Just ring terminals though? Do you guys use any type of aftermarket battery terminals for better connection to your batt?

Gracias again. Where do you guys get your cable? Crutchfield is $8/foot and don't seem to have a big selection. I also need a fused power distribution block that takes ANL fuses (need a 100-120amp fuse for the JBL). They seem harder to find.
