Since Diamond Audio apparently no longer makes the D6 5.2, does this seem like a viable alternative?

I realize it will have no manufacturer warranty, but as long as it works and isn't fake, then I'm OK with it. (since I can't seem to find any reputable manufacturer that makes a 5.1 amp w/o a built in proc)
I'd rather buy this from a real store, but I don't appear to have that option. (unless Don has one lying around, heh)

Thoughts?
