theres a local shop that use to push ma audio stuff, not sure if they still do. I knew somone with 4 of the 12s in the back of an integra and it was pretty ridiculous. never any real problems with them. he had them for over a year before he sold the car.

Are you serious? I thought these were pretty good. Well, back to the drawing board. Any suggestions on some good 8's?

SS RLi-8s.

or you could buy Parag's (nismos14) Critical mass 8s, i think he's selling them... could be wrong though

Image Dynamics makes some good IB 8s as well.

Kicker is another..

Stay FAR FAR away from these.

ID10's, C-MASS ss102's, DLS OA10's, IDQ' 10's if you can find them, there's many options just have to find the right setup for your needs.

I second the recommendation for the Soundsplinter RL-i 8's. Cheep drivers and they are VERY capable for what you get. I plan on getting either a pair of RL-i 10s or a single RL-p 12 depending on how much volume I need, how much space I have to work with, how much port area I need and how long those ports need to be.
