You can score a hight-powered Audiobahn for cheap on eBay. Audiobahn was my first amp. It wasn't the greatest but for the money I though it rocked. It had really great sub-sonic output, even better than the Alpine I bought after the Adiobahn went up in a cloud of smoke... literally.

Are memphis amps good? I was looking at either a memphis amp for $350 or an eclipse one for $300.

Memphis older stuff was really great, not really into there new stuff seems like it has gone down hill.
