no hence it being a joke but all this it was skewed blah blah just is funny to me. In all honesty I just wanted to see what would happen out of curosity becuase all I ever heard on the forum was how bad jl was yet I have some of there product and I am very happy with it. I think the best thing with jl is the abuse they can handel like constantly being played loud and over amped and just take it no prblms for years upon years. All the while still sounding great, honestly what the point of a great sounding speaker that last two weeks, my two cents.

What 'great sounding' speakers only last two weeks? The majority of my product lines offer 2,3 and even 5 year warranties. I think these manufacturers have pretty solid grounds for offering such a long term warranty.

All the products I've ever used have always lasted multiple years, so whatever that was about makes no sense.

ehh I have seen products like mb quarts, boston speakers quit the bead after being pushed hard not saying they all do but def love the reliability of the JL's. Alot of those warrantys are for people who get them "profesional installed". Then again I am always open for a good product seems like all the place that had the good stuff closed around here like eclipse phoniex gold. Leaving Pioneer, Alpine, Memphis dealers primarily which isnt much of a high end selection unfortune but there you go.

Could be installer error too. I dont see the lifespan of MBQ or Boston being very short if installed and used properly.

Yes they do, but All of them have a minimum of 1yr over the counter coverage as opposed to JLs 90days...

Ha you don’t need no stinky warranty with JL lmao I guess that’s there attitude but, there def is allot of fools installing stuff *** backwards. The ones I am referring to where actually professional installed thankfully for the user so they got a new pair, in one case the decided to switch to JL and never looked back which is actually pretty funny. I honestly wish there where more dealers of rainbow and Audison around here there just isn't anything, and I have been really curious to hear the soundlspitter stuff that I hear such good things about too be truly honest I am just extremely happy with my diamond d6s I honestly don’t think I need anything louder.

The Boston subs I have in my car are circa 2000 and they still sound as good if not better than the day they came out of the box...

See, this is what I'm talking about. I hope you're joking too. JL is not the best! They have solid products that should garner respect, however, they are not the best. This is why there are so many haters of JL b/c those that have their products swear up and down..... That's it, I'm gone. lol

Yeah, he has several of them from what I understand. The 700hp yellow one he wrecked on Court Street in Clearwater Sunday. I think he has been released, the passenger wasn't so lucky, not dead, but they both had to be cut out of the car.
