You fellas know how to clean a tweeter's dome? It's bugging the crap out of me, even to this day, that I have tiny bit of MDF dust stuck onto my tweeters. I tried using a lightly dampened cloth and gently wiped it, but it didn't do anything at all.

 

Those DLS tweets are weird as hell with the sticky crap on them, I don't think you'll be able to do it without tweezers and a steady hand.

 

Why the hell are they sticky?

 

i have no idea, but they're coated with a thin layer of this sticky stuff like parag mentioned. i got most of the dust off when i installed them into the pillars, but there's still some left.

 

i'll take em if it bothers you that much.

I got a nice Acer widescreen monitor. teh max forum has never looked so good! and big!

my vid card is pretty decent for being a few years old, I never actually looked to see if it had DVI out as well. I'll have to check

The monitor is great, overall it could be sharper, its a little soft for my tastes but it was a gift, cant complain

edit: looks like my card actually has DVI out as well, lol
