I have been using MDF rings. actually multiples to make the baffle hight to clear these huge assed motors. I mean putting a piece behind the metal, so when I screw the baffle to the metal, it will have something to grab onto inside the door.I think it would solve my issue, and a piece of 1/2" will fit w/o issue. Just an idea I was thinking of.

Do you have a suggestion on brands of sanders? Don is MIA tonight it seems.

It is good to be one with your true self. If you like to be the catcher or pitcher, it doesn't matter, just do it and do it well. E55 wants your # if you are an artist.

For what reason? There is no real good reason FYI:

More weight
More money
More amp power
with the setup that you MUST have.

It will be 74 here today. Burrrrr. LOL! Srsly though. It gets in the teens here. And I don't mean on my comuter screen with Rocko. That is plenty cold for me. Actually that is too cold. Where is global warming AL. I hope the internet he invented is still around so I can have something to do when it snows here.
