i have an old jeep that is having start problems and i wanna disconnect the alarm to see if thats the problem.. is it just a power wire i disconnect? can anyone help?

 

What kind of start problems are you having? Like the ones people have when they try to start cars that don't belong to them? Or some mechanical issue?

 

haha.. oh the jeep unfortunately is mine, but every once in a while, when i turn the key to start it, it makes no noise whatsoever. then other times it works fine. i asked the shop and they will charge me 45 bucks to remove it. i dont wanna pay that for an old jeep.
