I got the Boston Acoustics FS60s for my front...they have a 6" woofer...any suggestions on securing it in the hole?? Is there an adapter that would work? or do I need to make something?

You can size a ring for it out of abs plastic. The Tweeter stores should carry them by you. Or you can pick up abs plastic at most hardware stores.

Or you can use MDF like most of us and with a less than perfect cut still have a good seal.
