Will Focal Polyflex 165H 6-1/2" drivers fit in the door panel easily, how much work is required to get them in there. Also, Do I have to run new wires from the tweeter and driver to the crossover, or can I simply run the existing factory wires to the crossover?

yes they will fit. YOu will need to cut out a baffle made of 1\4" plywood with a jigsaw to make it fit in the stock mount. Where is the factory tweeter located? What about the factory wires to the tweeter. If they run from the door where the woofer is, and where your x-over would go, then ya, I dont see why you couldnt. It would be easier than running new wires to the A-piller if thats where I think they are.
