I too have installed an aftermarket receiver with the Bose speakers and experience the whine in conjunction with acceleration and anything electrical switched on.
I'm trying to troubleshoot the ground wires with little success. Any recommendations out there as to how best to ground the receiver, Bose amp, etc? I have four ground wires and don't know what to do with them.
Thanks for your help.

Just make sure all of your grounds are seperate, and on your aftermarket deck make sure its hard wired through the harness and not chopped off.
