This past weekend I added a 12" sub to my factory bose system in my 95 max. Looking at previous threads I notice that alot of people, like myself, weren't impressed with the output after doing so. I had followed the instructions of getting your signals from before the bose amp and decided to try getting it after instead. It made all the difference in the world. It now hits hard like it should. If you take the basket off the back of the stock speakers, you can tap into them there and if you look closely they are labelled pos(red) and neg(green) Hope this helps some people.

off course it is louder after the bose amp because that is where the signal is amplified....but if u have the speaker to rca converter there should be an impedence adjustor to where u can adjust the impedence...this will give u the same affect...but remember when u tap in after the amp u r also tapping into the amplified noise....
