Hey everyone~

I'm planning on getting 2 JL Audio W3 Subwoofers but I can't decide on 10" or 12". I think I want 10" because they're cheaper, and my friend has them and they sound AWESOME!

I also want a JL Audio 500/1 Amplifier for my subs. My friend has a Kenwood eXcelon KAC-X201T Amp. The JL Amp is expensive, so I think I might look around for alternatives.

Anyways, anyone's input it much appreciated.

I have 2 JL Audio W3 woofers, 12", hit 137.4 db at the Simply Imports car show at the Rt. 18 Flea Market last weekend. Got a ****ty amp though. Im workin on gettin the JL W6 or W7 subs, 12" as well, and a bigger amp, hehe!
I think the 12's sound better, a little deeper bass, great sound quality, which is why JL Audio subs are number 1.
plus, there isnt much difference in price.

Anyone have any input on which amp to get.

Thanks for your input STANG. I'm leaning towards the 12".

Go for the 12" subs, you'll get much deeper bass with them. As for the amp I woold look into getting a Rockford Fosgate amp because they seem to be good amps.
