Does anyone know how much 2 12" JL Audio W0 Subs are gonna run me?

Also, what am I looking at for installation? Or can I do it myself?

I believe RETAIL is about $130 each. I dunno how much boxes run though. Installation? If you are talking about installing the subs in the box, I bet you can do it yourself.

You should be able to look around and get them for about $100 or $110 each.
Installation? Do you mean building a box? Or getting the amp installed? A custom box runs around $100 or more. Amp install is usually about $50 and the price of the wiring kit, but lots of places will do it cheaper if you buy all the stuff there...don't be afraid to bargain.
If you get a custom box make sure that is has individual chambers (one for each sub) so then any differences in one subs air movement will not effect the sound of the other. Also, this extra bracing in the middle of the box will reduce flexing and give it a tighter sound.

box

is the individual chamber thing something to watch out for? Do you really need it? Never heard of that before. Do a lot of pre-made boxes out there alreayd have it or not?

Each sub should have its own chamber. If subs share the same airspace, they will be fighting each other. And there could be some loss of output due to differences in production tolerances causing cancellation. And if they are powered by separate amp channels, the different amp channels could cause the subs to behave differently, causing cancellation. With one sub per chamber, each sub can do its own thing, regardless of what the others are doing.
