Has anyone installed 6x9 in their GXE (4th Gen)

I want to know if you can drop 6x9s in the 6.5" hole and still be able to make the new speakers sit flush. I don't care if I need to drill new holes for the screws but I need to know if the 6x9 will sit flush.Thanks
