I have the following equipment that I will be installing in a 1999 SE very soon. I sure hope this will all sound GREAT! I am going to install the front seperates in the factory location for now. If anyone has any suggestions on location I would like to hear them. I cannot afford to have kickpanels/pods made. I know that should be the best but it just cant happen right now. I have heard that mounting the tweeter with fabricated brackets in front of the woofer(midrange) would sound good. What are your thoughts? Well here is the equipment list and some of my questions. Thank you all in advance for any advice!

Eclipse 8051 8v head unit (I will have Tweeter Install to get the 3 Year warranty)

Jl Audio xr650-cs,(fronts) Jl Audio Vr600-CX (rears) (may upgrade to VR650's, I am not sure of the speaker size in the rear deck. Jl audio Stealthbox (10w6).

Xtant 404m amp and Jl Audio 250/1 amp.

My question is what do I set the amps at to start?

On the Xtant do I adjust input sensitivity to -10db which equals a 3-8 volt signal level? What about balanced line circuitry? I am a little confused on that.

On the Jl 250/1 , Input voltage to High? I believe so.. What would I set the Low-pass filter on. 12,or 24db, and what frequency. What about the Preamp output, full range, low-pass, or High-pass? And last but not least the Bass control section. What would I set this on? Or would I set it at all?
