Well I found out the poping was a blown speaker. I replace the blown speaker on the passenger side, and replace the working speaker on the driver side with Eclipse point sources, which sound great, but the driver side one is ocasionally poping, but they never quit working. Any ideas?

They have been in for less than a week!!!

When you say popping, what do you mean? One of my Dyn's have that problem when pushing too much bass at too high a volume causing the voice coil to slam into the magnet. I was able to solve that problem by building a pair of fiberglass pods in the door stuffed with polyfil. Actually I can play it louder with more bass than before with this solution. Does it pop at all volumes?

I not sure, it seems pretty random, it doesn't happen all the time it seems to be a lower volumes, because when I crank it it goes away.

Well, the only other thing I can think of is check the back of the speaker to make sure that the little tinsel leads on the speaker aren't hitting the cone as it moves. A guy on here Turd Fugison had the same problem, an dthats what was causing it. I tend to question whether it goes away when turned up, or just gets drowned out my the volume.
