How many amps or caps do I need?

Just kidding on the caps. Saw the other post.

Not sure on what to get or more importantly do. I have a 6 gen. and will be replacing the speakers and was wondering if the rear door speakers should even be replaced or just left alone. I will more than likely not mess with them.
Next question is if I go with componets up front and some 2way in the rear deck should I have an amp dedicated to the front or an amp for both or an amp for each. I am thinking that a 4ch. will either under power the front or over power the rear. But if I do not run an amp to the rear then wht even bother replacing because I plan on keeping the factory HU. ( I am getting F-ing tired of being broken into and yes I will deal with the oem crap)
Basically want something inside to be heard over the 2 subs goin in. Nothing crazy but not sure how to go about it.
I saw Memphis Audio pn that truck show...is it any good, or stick with the Infinty Kappa stuff?

Get a 4 channel amp, or a 2 channel to use solely on the fronts. Either bridge it to the fronts or use the front channels to the comps. Power the rears with only head unit powe.

i used to have just a 2 channel powering my front stage, but the fact that i frequently have rear passengers necessitated the need for my rear speakers to be louder. i have a 4 channel amp, but it is definately biased to the front

So do not worry about rear door.
1. 2ch amp for the front and rear off of deck
OR
2. 4ch amp while the front is bridged and the rear is ran @ 2ch. something like a 3ch amp
Thanks

Option 1 or 4 ch amp - running bridged = 2 channels to your fronts only. Not using as a 3 channel.
