Couple Things (newbie)

i have a 99 maxima SE and it has the bose system would i be able to hook up subs and a amp to the car with the stock Deck or no or would i just have to get a new HU with a filler and useing a Cassette AUX sound any diff from a regular and does the bose speakers effect in anyway of me getting subs?

oops im sorry i was typeing to fast like if i wer to get a aftermarket headunit i would need a filler cause the stock HU is pretty big but yea u answered my question about the subs thanks and about the AUX thing remember back when people didnt have cd player so they would use a portable one then connect use the Cassete to cd player thing if i wer to use with my ipod if i didnt want to change my HU would have a lower quality sound

Regarding to the filler, I think PimpCode323 was talking about the extra space if he installs a single DIN HU and he wants to "fill" something in the space to make the new installation "double DIN".


There are a lot of interesting stuff to fill. You may install a signal processor, equalizer
or even a ham radio. Use your imigination.
