Amp Install?

Amp Install?

Ok i need some help here. I am going to be installing my new subs tonight and i was wondering where is the best place on the firewall to drill a hole to route the power cable threw? I have 4th gen max if that helps any.

There is no need to drill any holes.

Remove your left wheel and fender liner. You will see a wiring harness and the hood release cable. Just run your power cable along side those.

^ don't need to do that either, there is an existing empty hole in your firewall already its like in the middle. just look for one.

That hole is already filled with a WBO2.

Also, with the method I suggested, the wire is completely concealed and does not see any engine heat.

i drilled a hole where the clutch pedal assembly would go on a manual. Because i am running 0 gauge. How ever i was also lazy and did not want to jack up my car and take the fender lining off lol.

Ok thanks i might go the fender lineing route because i also have been meaning to clean out my cai which sits in the fender.
