Aftermarket HU Bose System
This ques. was probably answered already but im having to much trouble finding it through search. Got a 4th gen Bose system with the dying CD player and I want to install a Kenwood HU a MP535U I got the Scosche amp interface and a Antenna Adapter, is this all I need? And do I have to Bypass the factory amps? I want to install it myself and save myself $65 I was talking on the phone with an Installer he said I will have to bring my car in and the will have to take a look at it because of the factory amps (and here I thought Maximas were common). I just want to make sure before I tear into this thing

You have to option of bypassing the amps and using those speakers. I reccomend you replaced the speakers and run new wires. Because They are going to charge you more than $65 for the install they have to bypass all the amps if you want to keep those speakers and bose sucks anyway.

I dont want to buy new speakers I'll upgrade them later all I want is the headunit to work with the Bose Speakers I want them to produce Mids and highs I'll buy some subs to produce the bass, all I really want to know is do I have too bypass them or can I just wire up the system with what I have thanks

The amp interface should be all you need... That'll output a usable signal for the Bose amps. I did the same as you for my 2000, new Alpine HU, amp interface, subs, and left the Bose speakers (and disconnected the Bose sub).
