how to feed wire through the factory tube that connects the interior to the doorpanel

im wiring my crossovers inside my car but am having trouble getting the wire through the factory tube that connects the door panel to the interior.... what is the easiest way to do this?

What I did in my car is cut a small hole in the grommet and feet the wires through. This had to be done because I have a 12ga. and a 16ga. wires running to my door. Once I spliced into the grommet, I ran the wires outside of the loom. I used tape to wrap the wires together with the loom so it pretty much looks stock.
If you look really hard, you can see the tape wrapped around the loom in this picture.

Aother way is to use a straightened wire coat hanger fed through into kickpanel from the door, speaker wire taped to it, then pulled back through. I use that trick, and have doon pretty well with it.

I tried Jonathan's method but ended up settling on Anton's. I also couldn't fit my wires through the tiny boot that Nissan provided.
