i just bought a deka intimidator for my q45. specs were close to the yellow tops of the same group and it was cheaper even with the $25 optima rebate (only 3 more days on that).

I've been looking for a deka intimidator. Seems like the only place I've been able to find them is on line. Local Auto Zone/Pep Boys/Advance don't carry them. Be happy to buy on line but what do I do with the old battery? Who will take it and recycle? BTW, where did you get yours and what was the price? What size did you get? I think that "our" Max (97 & 98) are group 35's but I've only seen them in group 34. Thanks in advance. Cheers

arrrrrh, re read your post and realized that you bought the deka for your q45 NOT your Max. Still like to know where and how much. Thks
