Wiring issue, loose ground/loose wiring to the loc, partially blow fuse.

explain to us more so how you installed it. To properly troubleshoot, disconnect your subwoofer setup from the rest of the system. By this i mean, disconnect the signal wires from your HU to your sub amp and disconnect the amp wire from the battery. You want to completely remove it from the equation. This is what you should do after you have checked all of the grounds for the new system and the fuses for the speaker system.

We should know some more things.

Stock or New Headunit?
if new
type of headunit?
Wiring harness type into the stock wiring harness?
method of connection with your subwoofer amp?
