Mounting 10" subs on rear panel

Just gutted out my trunk, wanted to get rid of that heavy box but was thinking about installing my 10's where my factory 6.5 are up against the rear panel but not sure if it is possible are if it is what would be the best way. I thinking of double stacking some 10" spacers for each one and bolting them up with the subs but any help would be appreciated. Thanks

to do ib (infinite baffle, type of install that is) right you need to seal of the trunk from the cabin of the car completely. also, every sub does not act favorable in this configuration.

not to say that you cant just plop em up there and get some sound, the question is do you want it to sound good.

U will prob. have to cut some of the rear deck out to get them to fit. I am putting 8s in my doors and rear deck soon so I will post pics and let people know how it goes.

the easier/less permanent way to do it is to mount the to the underside of the deck so you dont have to cut.
