Grounding a multi-ground terminal?

I bought one of these terminal strips at radioshack that look like this.

. My question is...I have to run a ground wire to the terminal in the first place to give it a ground right? What size wire would be appropriate to do this normal 18 GA? I'm going to ground to the engine block.

Why such small gauge wire to ground to the negine block? What are you wiring up? MEVI/00VI?

Yes if you don't put a ground wire on it, where is it going to see a ground? You must run one and I would run 10 gauge.

thats why I asked...I wasnt sure if it mattered. I'm wiring up my wideband 02 which has a few grounds to it including a little led. I might ground other things to it as well in the future but I'm afraid to introduce any noise.
the problem with 10 gauge wire is I didnt really see any connectors small enough to fit on those screws that would also wrap around 10 gauge wire.
