Dynaudio this, Dynaudio that...who cares?
LOL, I know it hurts. I was going crazy waiting for mine to go in, thus why 2 were working to make things happen asap.
Nismo, this is a special moment, but if you guys think the wait for the install is a b***h, wait till you have to listen to this system at far under its potential for "100 hours". I must have close to 15 under my belt. Remote start will be in heavy action this next month.

Another dynaudio install? I dont feel so special anymore lol.Congrats nismo, yea i agree, some songs, I think the kick panel speakers can endure more but I get worried about midbass, definitely being patient and letting them properly break in, although i have seen the speakers slowly handle songs better and better.
4 am?! No way family man Don would stay up that late to work on a car, although I see you were so excited you posted at that time.
If you dont mind me asking, what frequency you going to set your amp at? Because I'm currently running with no subs, I have mine at full capacity (35hz HP) although I believe speakers can handle as low as 40 Hz (SICK for front end speakers). When they break in a little more, I think I'll throw it up to maybe 60-80 hz and let the sub do some work, or might even let it sit like this...
Didnt mean to rub it in maxprivate, your time is coming soon and it will be all worth it.

LISTENING UPDATE!
Ok, so I am taking a ride to work, decide to play some songs that normally give system a little trouble at a certain volume, turned it up a little, handling much better. Normally sit in upper 40's in volume, now tried mid 50's for a little testing and its unbelievable. I am not touching my amp, speakers will be pumping as low as 40 hz all day!

It is highly recommended. However alot of people that purchase, but do not intended on installing for a bit hook them up to home stereo/portable radio of some sort and let them play for a few days/weeks at very low volumes prior to install.

It's painstaiking no doubt, but I can't wait to hear the shades of difference in sound everytime I step into my car.
Dzaam!! Love you long time. I guess that's what you have to do for Audio bliss!!! Congrats fellas!!!
As far as instruments and just seeing improvement of speakers during break in period, one song that has caught my eye is:
ryan leslie f/ cassie - addiction
tell me if you guys like it, the way the instruments hit in the beginning

other nominee's:
Usher - Moving Mountains
Mario - Music for love
2pac - Loyal to the Game
The Diplomats - My Love
where is antenna located? I see great results if you put it on the window near the pillars. Can be a b*tch to run wires from there but should increase the quality of your signal. Just pull a pillar off, the rubber on the side, kick panel, etc and run it under the carpet into the back of middle console and into the head unit...

Im pretty excited, I actually have the h u installed already so the touch screen is nice, saw a nice boot leg version of iron man lol on the dvd sweet. Still have to correct the speed sensor issue (not registering spd) may be hooked up the wrong wire. Also will relocate the antenna later at Dons while we do the install. The sound with the Bose speakers and the Avn is much more crisp and clear so I can't wait to hear the difference the Dyns make. Im sure it will be night and day. I'll post an update when I get a chance.

Oh so you had your Dyns hooked up to a different radio? Yeah it will make a huge difference then. I hooked my hu up myself because Don made it all plug and play for me so it was easy to do. Just the issue of the Antenna and the speed sensor wire.
yea, its a cd3434, not a bad head unit but definitely not on AVN quality. I miss my head unit so much, but I should hopefully have it some time this week. Don fortunately hooked mine up so I didnt have to worry about speed sensors, although the way everything is connected, its real easy for me to switch head units especially if its another eclipse head unit. I rerouted the antenna wire and seen a huge difference from being attached to head unit.

. May have to relocate the antenna.
ooohhhh!! nice cover up heh...
