Is it possible to have a Bose headunit with a 6-CD In-Dash Changer?
My cd player went out in my BOse headunit and I was planning on getting a 6-CD In-Dash Changer instaed of replacing my Bose headunit since everything else still works. Is it possible to have the 6-CD In-Dash Changer with the Bose? If not, is it possible to have a non-Bose headunit e.g. the Nissan Double-din non-Bose headunit with my Bose speakers and then getting the 6-CD In-Dash Changer? I've done a search and couldn't get the exact info. Please help me. Thanks.

first yes you can add an in dash 6 disk but it's not that simple. if it is oem (nissan) you have to have a bose radio that has cd changer controlls, and make sure the two are compatible. If it is an aftermarket brand other than the 1 that is your stock brand you will first need to obtain an RF modulator, and a nissan antenae adapter. You will have to tune your radio station to a certain station and have controls that you will have to mount somewhere.

If your going to put in a double din stereo invest in an aftermarket 1. You will then need to go to circutcity or bestbuy ( or whatever is in your neighborhood) and purchase an adapter for about 80bucks and you can leave your bose speakers and amps alone.

Whoops, I meant to say that the 6-CD In-Dash Changer is the Nissan factory one that would go under my Bose double-din in the pop-out compartment. I decided to not go with anything aftermarket, not that that's a bad thing, but I'm already satisfied with the Bose headunit that has CD-Changer controls but I need a cd player bad.
