Optima Batteries

Just wondering which battery would one of you guys recommend for a my max, which is used as a daily driver and also it has 2 amps which put a load on the electric system (lights dimming). I have owned the battery for as long as I have owned my car 4yrs (pretty good huh!) and looking to upgrade it, should I go with the yellow top, or the red top battery. Your input would be appreciated & thanx in advance.

I dont rember but I think 1 has the posts backwards. from what i recall the yellow top is the 1 that is always recomended if you plan on playing your car in situations with the engine not running

the yellow top is the one to go with for higher power demands of stereos.

Chris, get a cap. After I put a cap in my system my lights didn't blink anymore, my battery is from Sam's with the highest cold cranking amps that I could get, I think is was like $50. My cap is a RF 16 volt, they also make a 20 volt whitch is probably the one you would want.
