subs and Amp

I have a set of kicker comps, and a BS amp and extremely bored after a couple of weeks,
My box is for 12" subs 1.25 ft3 x2 chambers dont know much about anything outside of cc and bb stuff need sub and amp combo that will rock me out.
A little help as to what you would get if you were in my situation would be greatly appreciated so I can do some DD on what the audiophiles are into. THX.

you got some descent/weak subs and a terrible amp. I would replace your biggest weakness first (your amp) and if you still not satisfied, change subs. Not sure what amp you have but def look for something pushing atleast 500+ watts @ 2 ohms and look for some good brands. This is your chance to make a good decision. You are unhappy, and can get something you will want to keep for a long time. Dont be cheap, dont skim out. ASk yourself if you want something you will be happy with for the next 6 months or next 5 years....

easiest and probably the cheapest route you can try is to simply port your current 12s. you'll gain quite a bit of output.

you can spend more money on different gear if you want.

Might want to look on ebay, i just lost 3 auctions for Power Precision Art Series A600 amps going for like 100-200 dollars because i had to pay off a ticket .. and those are like 600x1 with 12.5v, which is very underrated, and they're one of the cleanest amps around...
